Fresh Pressed News

Something New @ HCT

There’s something new about us lately and we hope you’ve noticed. No, it’s not Tim’s new haircut (but thanks for noticing).

Want a hint? They live in a glass house but throw no stones.

Too coy?

Okay, it’s our new baked goods!

It’s always been our philosophy to bring you the freshest, most delicious food that we can. We’ve been offering Donna and Tim’s very own free range eggs  in our breakfast wraps, we’ve always made our own chocolate syrup and  baked our own cookies, bagels, ciabatta rolls and muffins too. And now, all the rest of our baked goods are comin’ right to you straight from our very own kitchen.

The selection will change with the seasons but we’ll be certain to always keep some of your favorites on tap.

This week  we’re featuring:

Savory Bacon Cheddar Biscuits
Savory Cheddar Scallion Biscuits (vegetarian)
Mixed Berry Scones
Dark Chocolate & Butterscotch Scones
Chocolate Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Frosting
Lemon Cupcakes with a choice of Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting or Lemon Icing
Apple Turnovers
Red Velvet Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting
and our amazing home-made caramel for your caramel latte or steamer

We use the freshest, most local ingredients we can and are so happy to bring these delicious and lovingly made treats to you every day. We’ll be featuring some Valentines Day specials so be certain to stop by to see what we have in store to celebrate Love day.

For you our beloved blog followers we have a special this week only: 20 % off a baked good. 1 per person.

But, now we want to hear from you; what are your favorites? Is there something you’d like to see that we haven’t thought of yet? Share your thoughts with us and we’ll get busy in the kitchen.

Stay warm folks! There’s only 47 more days ’til Spring!!!!!

  1. The chocolate chip cookies get me, every.single.time. My best days are when I come in and they’ve just come out of the oven.
Honestly, though, I haven’t had anything that I *didn’t* love. The dark chocolate/butterscotch scones sound heavenly…I’ll have to try one next time I’m in.
